Control Third Party Devices via Aqara Home App

This feature is only available for the hub-integrated version of Aqara Studio.

This guide will walk you through the process of integrating third-party devices into the Aqara Home App, enabling efficient and unified management of smart home devices using different protocols within the same space.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, please make sure you have integrated third-party devices into Aqara Studio by following the relevant guides below:

• Home Assistant
• Modbus TCP
• BACnet
• KNX IP
• MQTT

Process

1. Go to the Devices page, and click View all devices in the Device Tree.
2. In the Device List, find the target device, click the ... button, and from the dropdown menu select Connect to Aqara Home.
3. Open the Aqara Home App, go to the Accessories tab, and you can view and control the newly-connected device.
